Can you own a firearm if you're bipolar in Montana?

My wife has bipolar 2 disorder and gets the utmost care. She has her condition under control and checks in with her doctor twice a year. I like to go shooting and she would like to join me. I was considering buying her her own firearm and make it legally hers if possible. Can she legally own a firearm in Montana having bipolar 2 disorder? She will not apply for a carry permit, just ownership of the gun. Thanks for your input.

Which Model Train should I get?

My dad used to collect model trains when he was little and he always talks about them out of nowhere. I would ask my aunt to send them out to him as a surprise but I don't want her to go through the trouble of going to their childhood home and looking for them in the attic or wherever they might be. I know nothing about model trains but I want to buy my dad a nice train set to surprise him just because I love him. Can you please suggest me a nice train set for a reasonable price (hopefully around $150) that will most likely impress a man that used to have hundreds of model trains with towns? I would really appreciate it, thank you.

Why is he so perfect?

I have had a very tumultuous relationship with my boyfriend of 9 years. It was never a huge reason why we would fight (no cheating, jealousy, etc.). He would just not come to an important event. which pissed me off to the utmost degree. I broke it off with him a year and a half ago for a year. I thought I would never go back, but I knew he would always hold my heart. Anyways, I made plans to move to Florida to live with my cousin because it's much more beautiful there than where I currently live and there are more job possibilities, opportunities to meet new people, etc. I ended up getting back together with my boyfriend about seven months ago. It has been pure bliss. He makes promises and keeps them. I can spend every day with him and we aren't annoyed with one another. He makes me so happy and I know I make him so happy as well. He has been spending more time with my friends and they are actually telling me they like him and they're happy we're happy together. And it's like, come on... really? Why does everything have to be perfect now when I've already made promises to move? He won't come. He dislikes Florida and his family is here and his job. He said maybe in a year, but he doesn't know for sure. I was planning to move in another month.. What do I do?????

I can't answer as to the UK process, sorry. One option though is to take a digital photo and send it to the dermatologist with a note explaining your situation. If they agree to see you then the GP should refer you.
