I think my sister gave my dog a red rocket.?

i just walked in my living room to find my sister on the ground playing with my dog. What arouse suspicion in me that she had something to do with the red rocket, was that when i came in the room she acted super surprised and left in a hurry, but my dogs wiener was redder then the devils dick. What the **** just happened?
