Tips on how to stop over eating... trying to lose weight?

I have a problem when I really can't stop myself eating LOADS and I need some tips to just stop the mindless eating as I feel so bad afterwards. I have exercising down to a T. I do at least 30 minutes a day and added weight training 3 times a week but I do not loose any weight as I have the inability to control my eating. Ok so there are track and field events. Field events consist of high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, discus, and shotput. High jump is when you run and try to jump over a bar without knocking it off. Long jump is trying to jump as far as you can by sprinting and leaping into a sand pit. Triple jump is very similar but instead of running to the pit you do a hop skip type approach. Pole vault is flinging yourself over a bar using a pole. Discus is throwing a weighted frisbee basically and shotput is throwing a weighted ball. Track events are the running events and if you are fast this is probably what you would do. The distances that you can run range from 100m to 3200m (2 miles).

something is wrong with my foot and I know someone who would understand/diagnose off the x-ray but he doesn't have the means to get the x-ray done. the more I walk, the more swollen my foot gets and the more pain it's in. It really depends on the HMO in particular and their turn around time for authorization. If the orthopedist is authorized to write referrals, it should take no longer than a day or two. If they have to go back to your primary care physician, it could take at least a week. Sometimes even after getting back to the PCP, the HMO may have it's own review process. If it's not there by Monday, I would give them a call, but I've waited up to two weeks for some of my patients to get referrals.

Moving fast and effectively across states?

When it looks like that it usually means it has been going on for awhile (8 hours) so you may have had this bleeding for at least 8 hours! This can be dangerous. Why is Black Ops crashing after EVERY multiplayer match I play?

Black ops used to run fine. Now, ever since Escalation came out (I did NOT download it yet), after every multiplayer match it resorts to the main multiplayer screen, frozen. I am unable to do anything. The music still plays, but I cannot do a thing. Pressing the middle xbox button yields the correct noise, but no menu is displayed. After about 3 minutes of waiting it will go to a black screen, and the black ops loading animation will display. After that, it returns to the main multiplayer screen, frozen still. This is an infinite loop. The only way to get out of it is: 1. Turn off the xbox. 2. Open the disc tray, and 3. When the screen goes black, with the loading animation, I have a small window of opportunity to press the xbox middle button and select "Y" for dashboard. My disc is near perfection, I have treated it with the utmost care and upon inspection, the disc is free of scratches, finger prints, dirt, dust, beverages, you name it. It looks brand new. It seems in my experience, NOTHING WORKS THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO. This is unacceptable. I cannot play it like this. I am pulling my hair out trying to play this game and after every match it just locks up. I bought my xbox a year ago so it is fairly new. Why is this happening and how can i resolve this?

Why is my dog attacking my other dog?

I have 2 intact female dogs; Basset Hound and Cocker Spaniel. We bred our basset hound over 6 months ago and during her pregnancy she became aggressive about food with our cocker. When we discussed this with a professional they said it should pass once her puppies are gone and her hormones are back to normal. We didn't have any problems with her until a few weeks ago when she again became aggressive again over a few kibbles my daughter put on the floor. Then, this morning I heard growling near our back door and found our cocker sitting waiting to go out and avoiding eye contact with the Basset hound and as soon as I tried to intervene our Basset attacked. It's a lot of noise and growling, but no injuries. She is just coming out of heat. It's so surprising since our BH is so loving and playful and usually is best friends with the CS. I am wondering if we spay them both if the aggressiveness will stop, or if this is something we will need to bring a behaviorist in to correct. I am not a backyard breeder btw so no nasty comments. My BH is registered and all of the health checks were done etc. I am trying to do what is best for my dogs.

i cant eat. Punishment for throwing paintballs?

Hello, I am a student at a local school, It was the third to last day of school when a friend of mine found some paintballs under his bed... He asked me if I wanted to throw them, I said yes. We went to the top floor of the dorm and threw them at the sidewalk and road. He then started targeting cars and told me to try it. I hit a dump truck, (at which point I stopped) while he proceeded to hit several more cars. He hit a staff member's car and they pulled in. They informed the Dean, and he came to the dorm to reprimand us. The next morning when we met with him there was a police officer there as well. The officer told me that I would receive a negative mark on my juvenile record (I'm 15) and I would probably have to appear in court. I was also put on DP (disciplinary protocol) Which is a punishment for bad behavior. I was the top 3 in my freshman class, with full marks for behavior and attitude, I'm on varsity Crew, and I've never had to be disciplined once, and now I'm facing court. I totally admitted that I understood I was wrong and that I had a serious lapse in judgement, and I'm truly sorry for what I've done. I'm ashamed of myself... I have tried my utmost to be a good student, and now it's all tumbling down. What should I expect for a sentence? I really wouldn't mind community service, actually, I'd be happy with it. But I would die if I had to go to juvenile detention... Please, tell me what I could do to appease the people I have harmed and angered!? Questions about dog allergy testing?

i actually quit b/c i'm 22 yrs old and it's a good time, i smoked from my freshman year in college till i quit. I am surprised at how easy it is considering i used to be a pack a day smoker. I put my mind completely into it and everything is going great, cravings are easy to fight off. I also quit because i'm going to get a biopsy on a bump on the back side of my tongue. got a referral to an ent for it, i'm not too worried b/c the gp said it's good b/c it's the same color as my tongue. I've had a nasty throat infection for the past 25 days or so and that's how i found it, which is potentially good. You spoke to your closest relative about what took place and they decided to take these peoples side instead. What makes you angry is that this person never had a relationship with these people at all, but was willing to agree to everything they had to say. Once they were told about this serious matter, they immediately called them for a ceremony that was being held and wanted to be a part of the festivities. The hint was given swiftly that they didn't want to be bothered with this person either, but they constantly called these people day after day so they could be a part of the event. Finally, these people called and confirmed that this person could come. When they arrived they failed to mentioned that they didn't have a hotel room for this person. That this person could stay in their room while the other guest were treated like adults with the luxury of being in their own hotel rooms. No pet policies at privately owned apartments?

I have a good friend who is going thought a tough time. He has been going to a psychologist for the pass 4 months now for some issues(would prefer not putting them down). About two months in to his sessions he was giving a dog. Very quickly he has been recovering more from his issues, sadly he leaves in an no pet apartment. My husband and i have been together for 11 years, which up until now, has been fantasticlly fun filled and loving. 7 years go we moved away so that he could be close to his familys' new business and then after a few years of longing for an old property to renovate we finally found one and we were so very, very happy doing this up. It was absolutely perfect, it was so exciting and we put all our efforts into it and then the icing on the cake, along came our longed for daughter 3 1/2 years ago with fertility help who we adore. I chose to be made redundant after my maternity leave, the firm i worked for were relocating and i was reluctant to travel so took the redundancy as i knew it would help with the renovations. My family home was my priority. At the same time his familys' business really took off and he became completely involved in it, living and breathing it. I suddenlly felt like my daugher and I and the house took a back seat and it seemed like my romantic idea of homelife disappeared and i was struggling as a first time mum. My husband said i was suffering post natal depression but i think i was grieving for what i felt i was losing. I was now juggling going back to work with promblematic childcare and felt things were going out of focus and i felt i was sorting out my life and getting on with that and my husband was doing the same but with his life. Intimacy disappearing overnight. I felt my husband was no longer focussed on the same things as me and we started to argue and contemplated splitting up. Lots of shouting, and sometimes getting physical especially when he kept coming home drunk from pool nights with the lads who at the end of the day are out to get bladdered!! So while i would be trying to catch up on sleep he was coming home at 2am. It got out of control and he was so out of it on a couple of occasions that i despised him because he came home with a back eye, and got fined for peeing in public - he's nearly 40! He was struggling too though getting used to the pressures of his new job which i do understand. And he probably despised me for not being supportive. We had arguments all of the time. Now our attitudes towards eachother stink, his personality has changed in my view, perhaps ive changed too because i no longer have the self esteem i had since giving up my old job in law when i had our daughter. He is now startng a new business as well which is great but his personality seems to have gone completely business like and even the way he talks about general life is so business like i feel like he's made of stone and where is the man i married. Maybe I just need to realise that we are no longer young and free of responsibility and that all these things change us. Perhaps i need to grow up and stop getting upset if things dont turn out as I hoped. At the end of the day he is doing his utmost best to make a financially secure future for us all and maybe i need to sacrifice some things for him to do this. Am i being naive? When we were younger we got into terrible debts (frivilous and carefree with money), we are still paying it off. He's going to make us very financilly comfortable. So why are we sniping and biting eachother's heads off now and making eachother go on guilt trips about the most petty things. we cant talk about anything without arguing, there is no way we could go to counselling because he doesnt believe in all that . On top of all this we have been trying for a brother or sister for our daughter since september again with fertility help, only for me to miscarry recently!!!! We are now supposed to be trying again but with the state of our relationship and feeling so stressed i hardly think its the right time but time is running out as we are both close to 40. This has been longwinded but i felt i had to tell whe whole story for it all to make sense.

Criminal records are for people who are convicted of offences, not traffic infringements. Make sure, but I think you'll be fine.

Okay, I was trying to access some pages for my summer school assignment, and my computer went through one of those windows autmatic updates. I wasn't there to postpone it, so when i got back it had restarted itself. I went and logged in normally, and to my surprise it won't let me load some sites. These are sites I'd regularly visit. My online summer school class, a writing site, forums I post on, etc etc. They just won't load. It will load other pages like facebook, yahoo, etc. The internet browser tries to switch into compatibility mode, but it doesn't work. I switched over to google chrome which i have but never used and the same thing happened. Okay, I'm like something is REALLY wrong. There was no system restore point for me to go back to, and this problem is still happening while I am in safemode with networking. Now, I'm scared, and don't know what to do. This computer doesn't belong to me, its my grandmother's, and I'm using it to do my summer school which it won't let me get to. I need to know what's going wrong, because I'm on the verge of crying this second. I really need to know if something happened to the internet or my computer since my ipod is able to look at those pages fine. Please someone help me, soon. I don't know what to do; I'm seventeen and this is basically my grandmother's lifeline to her friends. Please, I need help!

Strange thing happened (please read description)?

I know this sounds very weird and unbelievable, but i'm telling you with the utmost honesty that this happened to me. I was in the passenger seat of the car with my dad and we had just gotten off this bridge that crossed the reservoir. I saw the same shops, as well as the details such as cars, people, etc. One thing that i saw in particular was this gray suv with an advertisement on the side. Anyway, this is where it happened. I fell asleep after seeing these things, and woke up just as we got off the bridge, and i saw the same things including the suv with the advertisement in the same place. It felt like i had gone back in time, but i know that never happened. All of this was what felt like 2 minutes or less. I told my dad, and he thinks i was dreaming. I know what dreaming is , and that was no dream. What do you think?

Honestly, if you both truly love each other you should get married no matter what. If you apologized and have bettered yourself for her and yourself you are worth it. She as well as others should see that people can change and that it isn't always just the person in some wrong who deserves all of the blame. I have no clearance on what your families beliefs are or hers so I can't give a definite answer. You should marry anyways and if your fiance isn't willing to marry without her parents permission you should move on. If she loves you, she will see that giving an ultimatum on marriage isn't love. You don't make a person choose between something unless it is truly a right reason to. Even than, they should explain their reasoning minus the insults and only the truth of the actions that have occurred. You shouldn't have to wait for her to change her mind when you know her parents won't change theirs. It seems to be a matter of control and they know their daughters weakness.Than again, it just might be right in their mind. All people are stubborn in opinions and reasoning. Adding insult, just adds to not deterring from their stance.

You may be able to do it in that time if you can recruit two helpers. First you will have to tape everything off. Next you will paint the ceiling, then the four walls and lastly the frame boards. I don't know if you've ever painted before but it is tough. Your arms get tired after a while, especially when you're painting up high. And then you have to put more than one coat on so, yeah. I think you can do it with the assistance of some helpers. Can you stall your sister? Maybe tell her to go pick something up for you on her way home? Also, I would say you need approx two five gallon cans to paint this room.
