Cameron says embrace his 'Big Society'. The community running things and less government- Isn't that Anarchism?

This is only to pass the huge debt onto us and our local councils, so we will work for nothing, (charity) and this is the thin end of the wedge. If this does happen, then we'll need to start our own communities, and make our own laws, and divorce our group from the Corporate government.
