I have a problem when I really can't stop myself eating LOADS and I need some tips to just stop the mindless eating as I feel so bad afterwards. I have exercising down to a T. I do at least 30 minutes a day and added weight training 3 times a week but I do not loose any weight as I have the inability to control my eating. Although I am under a lot of stress at the moment I feel it is no excuse for the vast quantities of food I am consuming. If you have any advice it will be taken with the utmost thanks.
