Are the ultimate intentions of islam peaceful?

Islam is not peaceful at all. It's a false and misleading claim. Islam along with other mainstream religions is responsible for sexism, racism, war, hatred, discriminiation, overpopulation, irrational behaviour, bigotry, slavery, burning of witches, stoning people to death, amputation for stealing, beheading for fornincation and adultry, death sentence for apostasy and blasphemy, hinderence in medical and technological development.. the sheer volume of devestating effects of religion is beyond comprehension.
