How to find a girl that is attracted to you? (Need help from primarily girls)?

Hey guys I just am a little frustrated at the moment. See my personality is very old fashioned in that I really respect women. I can be a gentlemen and try to treat women with the utmost integrity unlike seeing them as a piece of meat. In a relationship I care for the girl in the relationship and try to work it out. Plus I am a very laid-back person and open to criticism when needed. I am usually very nice and try to talk to them respectfully and have a good first conversation when I first see a girl. But I haven't had a relationship in years and I can't understand why I can't find any relationship. I sometimes keep thinking it is me or if it is something else. Could someone please explain what is going on.
